UPDATE: The closure of the Devil’s River State Trail will need to be extended. The weather and the extent of repairs needed with the bridge require that we continue the closure through Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

We have placed signs on the trail at Greenstreet and Pautz Roads and have posted detour signs.

A section of the Devil’s River State Trail will be closed between Pautz Road and Greenstreet Road for bridge maintenance. This closure will be tomorrow, September 1, 2026, and is expected to remain for a couple of days possibly through Thursday, September 3, 2026. To detour around the closure, use Pautz Road to Pleasant Road to Greenstreet Rd. Signs will be placed notifying the public.
